$300 security deposit required for weekly bookings and $100 for short term bookings.  

• 60 days cancellation policy, before check in, for weekly peak season bookings with a full refund.
• 45 days cancellation policy, before check in, for all other bookings with a full refund.
• Non-Refundability of Processing Fees:
  • If need to cancel your booking and have used a credit card as method of payment, any processing fees will not be refunded.
